If you wish to cancel your policy:

Short term policies (1 month / 3 months / 6 months)
If you choose to cancel your policy there will be no refund of your premium by the insurance company.

Annual policies (12 months)
If you cancel this insurance within fourteen (14) days known as the cooling off period, you must write to us requesting cancellation enclosing your Certificate of Motor Insurance.

If you choose to cancel the insurance policy within this initial period of cover you will have to pay ‘pro-rata’ rates (minimum of £26.50) for the period of time you have had insurance cover.

You may cancel this insurance at any time by returning your Certificate of Motor Insurance to us. Should you wish to cancel this insurance, a charge for the expired period will be calculated from the date we receive your Certificate of Motor Insurance in accordance with the scale in your Policy Document.

If you have made a claim or an incident has occurred which may give rise to a claim, no refund of the premium will be made.

Further charges may include a proportion of any commission paid to us and our administration fee, sufficient to cover our costs.

If you chose to receive your documents by post then these should be processed and posted to you by 2nd Class Royal Mail within seven (7) working days.

If you’ve opted to download your documents then you should have everything that you need.
